Grievance Officer (DPDP §13)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Gooclaim publishes a Grievance Officer for data-subject complaints:

  • DPA / MSA / SLA signed copies are available to your account owner via the Partner Portal.
  • Full compliance documentation: compliance.gooclaim.com
